Therapeutic Exercises & Progression

Exercises are vital in the rehabilitation process to improve function and mobility. Therapeutic exercises and progression are individualized exercises specific to the impairment. Although vital, it is NOT supposed to be the ONLY rehabilitation intervention. Therapeutic exercises need progression and challenge to prevent body adaptation to improve function and mobility. There's a difference between generalized exercises and a customized exercise program tailored according to the pathological mechanics and other impairments.
